Media Incentive Bill open's up new horizons for Citaxhien

A media incentive bill was announced by 

C. Carlüs Xheráltsëfiglheu Seneschal es Dude last week, marking a turning point in allowing new media, such as the Citaxhien to progress in their early stages. The bill includes introducing links to Talossan newspapers on the National Website (talossa.org) which would inevetibly increase traffic to them, and hopefully the readership.
